About ABT
Always Be Training (“ABT,” “we,” or “us”) is a software platform, coordination tool, and accountability tool for private groups. By using ABT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use ABT.
Your account and responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of information you provide, and activity under your account. Use ABT only if you can legally agree to these terms. Crew organizers and members are responsible for deciding whether group activities are appropriate for them. Organizers do not act for ABT.
Health, fitness, and safety
ABT does not provide medical advice, health advice, fitness coaching, therapy, mental health treatment, professional instruction, or safety supervision. Challenges, messages, check-ins, and other user content are not professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to participate, using suitable equipment and surroundings, and seeking qualified professional advice when needed. Stop an activity and seek appropriate help if you feel unwell, unsafe, or injured.
Your content
You remain responsible for content you post, including messages, photos, Feats, challenges, and check-ins. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to post it. You keep ownership of your content, but give ABT a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, store, copy, display, and process it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use ABT to:
- Post abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, unlawful, or harmful content.
- Violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Impersonate others, access accounts without permission, or disrupt the service.
- Promote dangerous activities or use ABT to monitor employment or workplace compliance.
We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, ABT, or others, or to address suspected violations of these terms or law.
Service and changes
ABT may change, add, or remove features and may sometimes be unavailable. We may discontinue all or part of the service. We do not promise that ABT will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular goal. There are no paid subscriptions currently.
ABT intellectual property
ABT and its software, branding, design, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms let you use ABT for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of ABT to you.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ABT is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or guarantees. You assume responsibility for your use of ABT, your content, and your participation in activities coordinated through ABT. To the extent permitted by law, ABT and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, personal injury, or harm arising from user content, group activities, or use or unavailability of ABT. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending your use
You may stop using ABT at any time and can request account deletion by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for misuse, risk to the service or others, or legal requirements.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to support@alwaysbetraining.ca. We may update these terms as ABT changes. The date above shows the latest update.
