Overview

Always Be Training (“ABT,” “we,” or “us”) is a software platform for private accountability groups. This policy explains what information we handle, why we handle it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use ABT, we may collect:

• Your account email and authentication information.
• Profile information you provide, such as your name and profile photo.
• Your Crew memberships and related group information.
• Challenges, check-ins, progress, and contributions to group efforts.
• Huddle messages and other content you share with your Crew.
• Feats and photos, if you choose to upload them.
• Basic app events, device information, logs, and usage analytics used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve ABT.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure ABT, authenticate accounts, show content to the appropriate Crew members, support users, understand app performance, prevent misuse, and improve the service. We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising trackers or use your information for targeted advertising.

Who can see your content

ABT is designed for private groups, not as a public social feed. Information and content you share may be visible to members of the relevant Crew. Crew members may still copy, save, or share what they can see, so only post content you are comfortable sharing with them.

Service providers and storage

ABT relies on service providers to operate. Supabase provides services such as authentication, databases, and file storage. Vercel provides web hosting and related infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Information may be processed or stored outside your province or Canada, where local laws may apply.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide ABT, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Your choices

You can update some account information in ABT. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, or ask a privacy question, by contacting support. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping needs.
